All transactions
View all transactions that have been processed.
This is most useful if you need a report containing data on all transactions, regardless of state, for analysis or financial reconciliation purposes.
Revenue transactions
View sales and refunds that have been approved and committed.
For reports that should only display in/outflows of revenue.
Refunded transactions
View refunds that have been approved and committed.
For reports that should only display outflows of revenue, which may include standalone refunds that are not linked to a specific transaction.
Pending transactions
View transactions that are pending for commitment.
This report is most useful if your integration does not automatically commit authorised transactions, or if it is required to check if the automated process has failed.
Distributor, Client, Group & Terminal summary
View transactions summarised by client.
This is useful if you require a quick overview of the revenue processed by an individual terminal, group, client or distributor. See below how the transaction data is progressively broken down depending on the summary option chosen.
Note that some accounts are set up without a top ‘Distributor’ level, in which case this option does not apply and the Client summary would instead give an overview of the entire account.
Bank submissions
View transactions that have been submitted to the bank.
This report will only show transactions that have been approved, committed and subsequently sent to the acquiring bank for settlement. If there is any discrepancy between expected and actual income this report is the best way to check the amount that should have been received. If the amount given in the bank submission report differs from the amount received, it is usually best to first check with the acquiring bank to see if any transactions were rejected from settlement.
